◎ Sound & Energy Healing

Let your body remember itself

A 60, 75 or 90-minute healing journey through breath, sound and vibration —

where tension unwinds, the nervous system rests,

and you find your way back to ease.

Anna Bojaryn

Healing doesn't have to be complicated.

My approach is grounded, simple and beautiful — and so are the spaces I hold.

Each session I create is a step-by-step journey — not a performance, not a formula. I follow the energy of the room, the theme we’ve set, and what your body needs to release, rest and return to itself.

I weave together Energy Healing and Sound Healing — two things I believe belong together. Sound moves what words cannot reach.

The Experience

Sound reaches the places that words cannot

We begin with breath. With stillness. With a few natural sounds that let you arrive into the space before the instruments slowly join — each one layered with intention, each one chosen to move you deeper.

Every session is an invitation to release — stress held in the body, tension that has built up over time, and the layers of emotion or energy that were never really yours to carry.

Some people leave having released something they’d been carrying for months. Some feel a lightness they’d forgotten was possible. Some simply feel like themselves again.

Not just listening.
Being held by sound.

A full-body healing journey — not something you attend, but something you enter.

What these sessions can support

How the Journey Unfolds

Step by step through the session

Every session is held as a deep, beautiful arc — each layer building on the last. The flow may sometimes gently vary.

1

Arrive & Breathe

We begin with a few breaths and gentle natural sounds — arriving fully into your body, settling into the space, letting the outside world integrate as you take a moment for yourself.

2

Ground & Open

Healing guidance draws you inward — grounding you, opening you to the session’s intention, whether that is a full moon release, deep restoration or something else entirely.

3

Shamanic Drum

The drum anchors you to the earth. Primal, rhythmic, ancestral — it moves stagnant energy and draws your nervous system into its most honest state.

4

Toning & Intuitive Voice

Vocal toning rises from the body, not the mind. The sound vibrates in the places words have never reached — clearing, opening, resonating through you

5

Water Drum & Mars Gong

Flowing and cosmic — the water drum and Mars Gong carry you into the deeper layers. Some find stillness so complete it feels like sleep.

6

Crystal Bowls & Chimes

The angelic vibration of crystal singing bowls and the gentle shimmer of Inner Child Chimes bring you home — softly, quietly, held.

7

Light Language

A channeled sound and vibrational expression that arises in the moment, moving beyond the mind and gently speaking to the soul. Each experience is unique, supporting deeper release, connection and inner alignment.

8

Integration & Stillness

We complete the journey in a moment of silence, allowing the space itself to continue the experience. At times supported with gentle hands-on heart healing, grounding touch or head relaxation — and occasionally subtle essential oils for a soft return.

Good Questions

Things people wonder about

First time? Completely new to this? That’s exactly the right place to start.
What are the benefits of a Sound Bath?

People experience sound baths in very different ways — and all of it is valid. Some notice physical tension releasing. Some feel their mood lifting, a lightness. Some release emotions they’ve been carrying for a long time.

Research suggests that one hour in sound can offer the nervous system similar benefits to 3–4 hours of deep sleep, as the brain moves into theta and delta brainwave states. Whatever you experience is yours, and it is enough.

Everyone’s experience is different. Some people feel waves of emotion, tingling, or a deep warmth. Some fall into a state that feels like the edge of sleep. Some simply feel very, very still. Whatever arises is welcome — there is no right or wrong way to be in this experience.
Not at all. You simply arrive as you are, find a comfortable place to lie down, and allow the sound to do its work. There is nothing to do, nothing to get right. The only thing asked of you is that you show up.

Group sessions are typically 60 or 75 minutes. Private and corporate sessions can be shaped to whatever length feels right for your group.

Group sessions are held at a Sea Cadets space in Tooting Broadway, London. It’s a real community space with its own charm, and it holds sound remarkably well. Bring your own mat and something warm to lie under. All details are in the booking link.

Something comfortable to lie in — loose clothing, layers if you tend to feel cold. An eye mask is always a lovely addition. Come as you would for a restful, cosy evening. Check the booking link for session-specific details.

Children aged 7 and above are very welcome, accompanied by a parent or guardian who participates alongside them. Please mention your child’s age when booking.

Yes — completely. Falling asleep is natural, and often exactly what your body needs. Even when your mind rests, your body continues to receive the sound on a deeper level.
These sessions are shared spaces and naturally there will be sounds. If you tend to snore, you might lie on your side or let a neighbour know they can gently nudge you. If you are more sensitive, I invite you to soften and include all sounds as part of the experience. A 1:1 session may also be a beautiful place to begin.
This is more common than people realise. Sometimes sound stirs what has been quietly held in the body — and as it begins to move, it can feel unfamiliar before it releases. This doesn’t mean anything went wrong — it often means real movement is happening. Take deeper breaths, adjust your position, and if needed step quietly outside. I am always here to talk.
We spend most of the session lying on our back. You are welcome to turn onto your side, sit up, come into a child’s pose, or sit on a chair if needed.
In the first trimester, it is advisable to be gentle and check with your midwife. I have welcomed many pregnant women into my sessions and truly love it. If you join, place a gentle hand on your belly — let your baby know you are entering a sound bath, and imagine them held in a soft bubble of light, resting with you.
Sound Bath is gentle and suitable for most people. Please consult your doctor before attending if you have epilepsy, a pacemaker, a serious psychiatric condition, or are in your first trimester. If you have any concerns, please get in touch before booking.
Yes — I love working in people’s homes. It makes the experience feel even more personal and intimate. If you’d prefer a studio or hall, I can help find something local and beautiful. We’ll work it out together.
Especially so. Sound Bath asks nothing from your team except a willingness to rest. It meets people exactly where they are — no yoga experience, no spiritual background, no prior knowledge needed. Many teams are surprised by how deeply it lands.

If you experience vertigo, I would gently ask you not to attend a group sound bath. Sound works deeply with the body and nervous system, and for those with vertigo, the frequencies and vibrations can make symptoms worse rather than better.

I have had participants with vertigo who did not feel well after a session, and out of care for your experience and wellbeing, I would rather be honest about this than have you leave feeling worse than when you arrived.

If you would still like to explore sound healing, a gentle 1:1 private session may be possible — please reach out and we can talk it through together first.

If you are highly sensitive to sound — particularly to loud or sustained frequencies — a group sound bath may not be the right fit for you. The instruments are powerful, and while the session is held with care, the sound is present throughout and cannot be paused.

I have had participants who found the sound overwhelming despite their best intentions, and I want to be honest: if loud or sustained sound causes you significant distress, please reach out before booking so we can talk it through honestly together.

Mild sensitivity is usually fine — many people with some sensitivity find it deeply relaxing. But if it is more significant, a 1:1 private session with gentler instruments may be a better starting point for you.

You are not alone in this. In a sound bath, everyone lies on their own mat with their own space — there is no touching, interaction or need to be physically close to anyone.

Once the session begins, most people close their eyes and go inward quite quickly, and the sound creates a sense of personal, contained space even within a group.

If the group setting feels like too much right now, a 1:1 private session may be a more comfortable starting point. You are also always welcome to arrive early to choose your spot and settle in before others arrive.
