I offer 1:1 healing sessions in South West London and online.

Each session begins with where you are.
Sometimes you may need to step out of your environment for a moment to reset, reconnect, and come back to yourself.
Sometimes your mind feels full and needs space. And sometimes something deeper is asking for your attention. You don’t need to have it all figured out before you begin. You only need a starting point.

They give you space to step out of what you’ve been carrying and return to yourself.
Living, working, and being around others, we naturally pick up layers. In busy cities
especially, and in spaces where we are constantly around other people, it is easy to carry what is not ours

You don’t need to prepare anything in a strict way.

After sessions like Reiki, Access Bars, and Energy Healing, you can continue with your day as normal.

There is no need to stop life around healing.

Booking & Availability

Online sessions can be booked directly through the calendar and are paid upfront at the time of booking.

For in-person sessions, appointments are arranged based on room availability, your
availability, and my availability. Please contact me directly to book.

In-person sessions are paid once the booking is confirmed.

How do I choose the right session?

You don’t need to get this perfectly right.

Start by noticing what you feel drawn to.

Sometimes something feels simple and clear.

Sometimes there is hesitation and that can also be a sign something deeper is there.

If you’re new, Energy Healing, Reiki, or Access Bars can be a gentle place to begin.

If you feel ready for deeper work, Constellations or Inner Self Healing may feel more
aligned.

You don’t have to do this alone, we can choose together

It depends on what you’re working with.

You can come for a single session.

But if you are looking to create change, consistency matters.

Just like going to the gym, one session can feel good, but it is regular practice that builds strength.

The same applies here.

The more consistent the support, the more your system begins to shift and adapt.

Everyone experiences this differently.

You may feel relaxed, lighter, or more open.

You may not feel much straight away.

Or you may notice changes over time.

All of this is part of the process.

Sometimes deeper layers begin to move.

It can feel like everything is shifting at once.

Like a Jenga tower — when a key piece moves, the structure adjusts.

This doesn’t mean something went wrong.

It means something important is being moved, and your energy is now finding a new way of balance.

Your system may simply need a little time to find new ways and new structures within itself that are more aligned with who you are now, rather than with old wounds and old patterns.

Support may be available if needed, and in ongoing work you will also learn how to navigate these processes.

Sometimes the work is subtle.

It can be like planting a seed.

At first, you may not see anything  but with time and consistency, it begins to grow.

Not all change is immediate, but that doesn’t mean nothing is happening.

Do I need to commit to multiple sessions?

No.

You can come session by session, or choose a longer journey.

However, if you are working towards something specific, consistency will support you much more than occasional sessions.

Packages are a full commitment — creating space for deeper and continuous work.

Yes, I can work with children in a gentle and appropriate way.

I ask that a parent or guardian has a session first, so they can understand the process and how
this work supports their child.

In many cases, as the parent finds more balance, the child naturally begins to respond and settle as well.

If you are considering this, it’s best to arrange a consultation so we can talk through what
would be most supportive.

These sessions support your wellbeing on an emotional and energetic level.

They are not a replacement for therapy, psychotherapy, or medical treatment.

They can work alongside other forms of support.

For 1:1 sessions this is a short 10–15 minute phone call.

For programs, up to 30 minutes.

This is not a healing session.

It is a space to ask questions, share what is happening for you, and receive guidance on your next step.
