I believe healing doesn’t have to be complicated. My approach is grounded, simple and beautiful and so are the spaces I hold.
Each session I create is a step-by-step journey not a performance, not a formula. I follow the energy of the room, the theme we’ve set, and what your body needs to release, rest and return to itself.
I weave together Energy Healing and Sound Healing two things I believe belong together. Sound moves what words cannot reach.
A Sound Bath at Tune Within is a full-body healing journey not something you attend, but something you enter.
We begin with breath. With stillness. With a few natural sounds that let you arrive into the space before the instruments slowly join each one layered with intention, each one chosen to move you deeper.
Every session is an invitation to release stress held in the body, tension that has built up
over time, and the layers of emotion or energy that were never really yours to carry. Sound reaches the places that words, willpower and busy days cannot.
Some people leave having released something they’d been carrying for months. Some feel a lightness they’d forgotten was possible. Some simply feel like themselves again.
Each experience is unique, and your body will receive exactly what it needs in that moment.
(Please understand that the flow might sometimes change and this is here for a general guidance)
Every session is held as a deep, beautiful arc — each layer building on the last, guiding your body further into rest and release.
We begin with a few breaths and gentle natural sounds — arriving fully into your body, settling into the space, letting the outside world integrate with experience and you to take moment for yourself.
Healing guidance draws you inward — grounding you, opening you to the session’s intention, whether that is a full moon release, deep restoration or something else entirely.
The drum anchors you to the earth. Primal, rhythmic, ancestral — it moves stagnant energy and draws your nervous system into its most honest state.
Vocal toning rises from the body, not the mind. The sound vibrates in the places words have never reached — clearing, opening, resonating through you.
Flowing and cosmic — the water drum and Mars Gong carry you into the deeper layers. Some find stillness so complete it feels like sleep.
The angelic vibration of crystal singing bowls and the gentle shimmer of Inner Child Chimes bring you home — softly, quietly, held.
A channeled sound and vibrational expression that arises in the moment, moving beyond the mind and gently speaking to the soul.
We complete the journey in a moment of silence, allowing the space itself to continue the
experience.

People experience sound baths very differently — and all of it is welcome. Some notice
physical pain shifting or tension releasing from the body. Some feel their mood lifting, a sense
of lightness or more ease. Some release emotions they have been carrying for a long time —
sometimes tears come, sometimes a deep exhale. Some feel irritation or restlessness moving
through and leaving. Some find more energy, more peace, more clarity. And some simply rest
— deeply. Research suggests that one hour in sound can offer the nervous system similar
benefits to 3–4 hours of deep sleep, as the brain moves into theta and delta brainwave states —
the same depths reached in restorative sleep. Whatever you experience is yours, and it is
enough.
Everyone’s experience is different. Some people feel waves of emotion, tingling, or a deep
warmth. Some fall into a state that feels like the edge of sleep. Some simply feel very, very still.
Whatever arises is welcome — there is no right or wrong way to receive sound.
Group sessions are held at a Sea Cadets space in Tooting Broadway, London. It’s not a polished
studio — it’s a real community space with its own charm, and it holds sound remarkably well.
You’ll need to bring your own mat and something warm to lie under. What it has that many
studios don’t is heart — the community there is always welcoming, and the space has a quality
that lets something real happen. All details are in the booking link.
Children aged 7 and above are very welcome, accompanied by a parent or guardian who
participates in the session alongside them. Sound Bath can be a beautifully grounding
experience for young people. Please mention your child’s age when booking so we can ensure
the space feels right for everyone attending.
Especially so. Sound Bath requires nothing from your team except willingness to lie down and
rest. It meets people exactly where they are — no yoga experience, no spiritual background
needed. Many teams are surprised by how deeply it lands.
Yes — I love working in people’s homes. It makes the experience feel even more personal and
intimate. If you’d prefer a studio or hall I can help find something local and beautiful. We’ll
work it out together when you get in touch.
Sound Bath is gentle and suitable for most people. However, please consult your doctor before
attending if you have epilepsy, a pacemaker, a serious psychiatric condition, or are in your
first trimester of pregnancy. If you have any health concerns or are simply unsure, please get
in touch before booking — I’m always happy to have a conversation and make sure this is the
right experience for you.
This happens, and it is more common than people realise — especially if it is your first time, if
you are highly sensitive, or if you are not used to being in stillness with others. Sometimes the
sound stirs something that has been held in the body for a while, and as it begins to move, it
can feel unfamiliar or even unsettling before it releases. Sometimes being in a group space
means absorbing the energy around you — if you are empathic or sensitive to others’
presence, this can feel intense. I teach at the end how to create protective bubble. Sometimes
the frequencies themselves land in places that feel tender. None of this means something went
wrong. It often means something is moving. If you ever feel overwhelmed during a
session, you are welcome to take deeper breaths and adjust your position and if it feels to
intense you can step quietly outside and return when you feel at ease – hoever remember itself
is better out then in so if something is moving out don’t stop it. I am always here to talk about
your experience before or after. And if I don’t have time after session w can arrange chat.
Yes — completely.
Falling asleep is natural, and often exactly what your body needs. Even when your mind rests,
your body continues to receive the sound on a deeper level.
There is nothing you need to do. Your system responds in its own way
These sessions are shared spaces, and naturally, there will be sounds.
Someone may move, breathe deeply, cough, sneeze, yawn — or snore. This is part of being
together, and we gently allow life to be present in the room.
At the same time, I want to acknowledge that this can feel different for everyone. Some people
are completely at ease with it, while others may find it more challenging.
From my side, I hold the space as it is. I don’t stop the session, wake people, or interrupt the
flow — I allow everything to unfold naturally.
In these sessions, the instruments work with the space, the space works with the instruments
— and sometimes, you become part of the sound as well.
If you tend to snore, you might lie on your side or agree with a neighbour beforehand if they
can gently nudge you.
If you are more sensitive, I invite you to soften and include all sounds as part of the experience
— to see them not as disturbance, but as life moving through the room.
We are all here together, each with our own stories. No one chooses to snore, and no one
chooses what triggers them.
If it feels like too much, a 1:1 session may be a supportive place to begin. However, you are
always welcome to try a group session first and see how it feels for you
We spend most of the session lying on our back.
You are always welcome to adjust your position:
– turn onto your side
– sit up
– come into a child’s pose if your back needs support
In some spaces, bolsters are available to support your body. You can also bring your legs
closer in or raise them slightly to release the lower back.
You may sit on a chair if needed. However, the body often relaxes deeply, and you may feel
like falling asleep — which is why we usually stay closer to the ground for comfort and safety.
In the first trimester, it is advisable to be gentle with yourself. You may wish to check with your midwife and always follow what feels right for your body, as you take full responsibility for your attendance.
I have welcomed many pregnant women into my sessions, and I truly love it. It is beautiful to see them relax, soften, and leave feeling more rested and reconnected.
I also know sound healers who have worked with instruments such as the gong throughout
their own pregnancies — so ultimately, this is your personal choice. If you decide to join, you may like to begin by placing a gentle hand on your belly. Let your
baby know you are entering a sound bath.
You can imagine them held in a soft bubble of light, resting with you.
If emotions arise, gently let your baby know they do not need to carry anything — they are
simply safe to be.
