◎ Sound & Energy Healing
A 60, 75 or 90-minute healing journey through breath, sound and vibration —
where tension unwinds, the nervous system rests,
and you find your way back to ease.
My approach is grounded, simple and beautiful — and so are the spaces I hold.
Each session I create is a step-by-step journey — not a performance, not a formula. I follow the energy of the room, the theme we’ve set, and what your body needs to release, rest and return to itself.
I weave together Energy Healing and Sound Healing — two things I believe belong together. Sound moves what words cannot reach.
We begin with breath. With stillness. With a few natural sounds that let you arrive into the space before the instruments slowly join — each one layered with intention, each one chosen to move you deeper.
Every session is an invitation to release — stress held in the body, tension that has built up over time, and the layers of emotion or energy that were never really yours to carry.
Some people leave having released something they’d been carrying for months. Some feel a lightness they’d forgotten was possible. Some simply feel like themselves again.
A full-body healing journey — not something you attend, but something you enter.
Every session is held as a deep, beautiful arc — each layer building on the last. The flow may sometimes gently vary.
2 Thursdays per month — check Bookwhen for the current schedule and available dates.

Layered with intention — moving your body through frequencies from deep earth rhythms to the lightest angelic vibrations.
People experience sound baths in very different ways — and all of it is valid. Some notice physical tension releasing. Some feel their mood lifting, a lightness. Some release emotions they’ve been carrying for a long time.
Research suggests that one hour in sound can offer the nervous system similar benefits to 3–4 hours of deep sleep, as the brain moves into theta and delta brainwave states. Whatever you experience is yours, and it is enough.
Group sessions are typically 60 or 75 minutes. Private and corporate sessions can be shaped to whatever length feels right for your group.
Group sessions are held at a Sea Cadets space in Tooting Broadway, London. It’s a real community space with its own charm, and it holds sound remarkably well. Bring your own mat and something warm to lie under. All details are in the booking link.
Children aged 7 and above are very welcome, accompanied by a parent or guardian who participates alongside them. Please mention your child’s age when booking.
If you experience vertigo, I would gently ask you not to attend a group sound bath. Sound works deeply with the body and nervous system, and for those with vertigo, the frequencies and vibrations can make symptoms worse rather than better.
I have had participants with vertigo who did not feel well after a session, and out of care for your experience and wellbeing, I would rather be honest about this than have you leave feeling worse than when you arrived.
If you would still like to explore sound healing, a gentle 1:1 private session may be possible — please reach out and we can talk it through together first.
If you are highly sensitive to sound — particularly to loud or sustained frequencies — a group sound bath may not be the right fit for you. The instruments are powerful, and while the session is held with care, the sound is present throughout and cannot be paused.
I have had participants who found the sound overwhelming despite their best intentions, and I want to be honest: if loud or sustained sound causes you significant distress, please reach out before booking so we can talk it through honestly together.
Mild sensitivity is usually fine — many people with some sensitivity find it deeply relaxing. But if it is more significant, a 1:1 private session with gentler instruments may be a better starting point for you.
You are not alone in this. In a sound bath, everyone lies on their own mat with their own space — there is no touching, interaction or need to be physically close to anyone.
Once the session begins, most people close their eyes and go inward quite quickly, and the sound creates a sense of personal, contained space even within a group.
If the group setting feels like too much right now, a 1:1 private session may be a more comfortable starting point. You are also always welcome to arrive early to choose your spot and settle in before others arrive.
