Compassion Key Sessions

During these sessions, the focus is on healing wounded parts of one’s current life, such as inner child aspects or adult selves that have experienced trauma or pain that is difficult to overcome alone. We might explore parts of the soul from past lives where pain and disconnection have occurred. The aim of the session is to bring self-compassion to these parts and restore shadow aspects to the light. When these parts are healed, you no longer have to create or live from a place of pain and can instead begin to shift your reality and create from a space of lightness. If you have had a difficult childhood or life, this session can help you see the parts of yourself that need to be held and reconnected in a new and healthy way. You can finally stop punishing yourself or others for past experiences and move forward with more acceptance, ease and joy.

It provides a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in self-discovery, free from distractions. Anna describes it as a dance with divine energy, as movements are created during the session. In a Pellowah session, energy works directly with you, providing insights and information. This experience helps to detach from the overactive mind and drama, creating a sense of peace and shifting your perspective on life. Pellowah works with chakras, meridians, and your physical body. It is an intuitive calling that beckons you to experience this healing session.

The session is centred around balancing both feminine and masculine energies within the body, which in turn improves energy flow and clears any emotional blockages. This session is designed to help your body restore and become more flexible through slow movements and holding poses. By exploring these poses, you will be able to identify areas in your body where emotions, tension, and stress are held. Anna Bojaryn – How I Picture Healing

Throughout the ages, communities across the globe have incorporated healing practices into their way of life. These practices have ranged from ancient Chinese Medicine and North American and Siberian Shamanism to Hawaiian Healing, Yoga from India, and Meditation. The Egyptians, Mayans, Incas, Atlanteans, and Lemurians are just a few of the ancient civilizations that have stories and channels related to how they perceived healing.

As an experienced healer, I have come to understand that healing is not merely about fixing someone who is broken. Instead, it is a journey of rediscovering our true potential and the mastery of our hearts. Healing involves delving into our hearts, challenging our beliefs, and releasing years of conditioning. It is about developing a profound understanding of who we are and reconnecting with our Soul and Heart Consciousness.

Our bodies are complex and comprise various energy centers such as chakras, layers of aura, meridians, organs, and systems. We are slowly but surely realizing that we are powerful creators, manifesting in this world. Part of healing is stepping into more conscious creation and learning about the potential of our Soul.

Preparing yourself for a healing session can greatly enhance your overall experience and maximize the benefits you receive. Whether you’re coming for a massage, energy healing, yoga, or any other form of holistic therapy, online or in-person here’s a guide to help you prepare:

 

  1. Set an Intention: Before your session, set a clear intention for what you wish to achieve or experience during the healing session. It could be physical, emotional, or spiritual healing, relaxation, letting go of stress, or any other specific goal you have in mind. This intention will serve as a guide for the healing process.
  2. Dress Comfortably: Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement. Depending on the session you are coming for, you may need to remove certain items of clothing, so choose something that makes you feel relaxed and at ease. In some sessions, you can be dressed as you are in daily life, for example, restorative healing. Please avoid strong makeup and have a minimum or no makeup for a massage session.
  3. Hydrate: Drink plenty of water before your session to ensure your body is well-hydrated. Hydration helps in the removal of toxins and enhances the overall effectiveness of the healing process.
  4. Avoid Heavy Meals: Try not to eat a large meal immediately before your session. Heavy digestion may make you feel uncomfortable during the session or hinder the effectiveness of certain techniques. Opt for a light, nourishing meal, or snack instead. It would be beneficial to have 1,5 hours with no food before the session.
  5. Please ensure that you arrive on time for your healing sessions. Check traffic and public transport updates if you use them to avoid being late. Sessions are time-bound, and if you’re late, you’ll lose valuable time that you could have spent relaxing during your healing sessions.
  6. For online sessions please make sure you check your Wi-Fi connection, download the Zoom app, and Zoom link ready before the session, and check your camera and microphone.
  7. Communicate with Your Practitioner: During the session, don’t hesitate to communicate openly with your practitioner. Share any relevant health concerns, specific areas of focus, or discomfort you may be experiencing. Clear communication will help the practitioner tailor the session to your needs and provide the best possible care.
  8. Relax and Let Go: Once the session begins, relax your body and mind. Trust in the healing process and let go of any expectations or judgments. Focus on your breath, allowing it to deepen and slow down. Use this time to cultivate a state of openness, receptivity, and relaxation.

Following an Intuitive Energy Healing session, it is important to take care of yourself and understand the potential ways in which you may feel. These sessions can often reach deep layers, bringing up difficult memories or emotions that may leave you feeling vulnerable. It is essential to recognize that everyone’s experience will be unique, and there are three main ways that you might feel after a healing session.

*Firstly, you may experience a state of ecstasy. This will typically occur within the first 24 hours and is characterized by an extremely high level of energy. You may feel lighter, and everything might seem easier. This state can be euphoric, and you may feel slightly light-headed or floaty. However, this feeling will eventually balance out, leaving you feeling uplifted and more neutral.

**Secondly, you may experience a more subtle shift, which can be described as “same same – but different.” In this state, shifts are more gentle but still noticeable. You might feel more at ease or peaceful, or just generally lighter. Some people may not notice anything at all, as the shifts can be very subtle. This state is desirable for many, as it feels balanced and at ease. It is important to remember that shifts may take some time to manifest physically.

***Lastly, you may experience a healing crisis, which is the hardest state to experience. This state can be characterized by physical illness, with symptoms feeling worse before they get better. The duration of this state will vary depending on your individual story, history, and emotional charge. These states indicate that there has been a significant impact on your energy, and your whole control and survival system will need to rebalance with the new information. You may be letting go of old emotions or beliefs that were stuck in your system. From my experience, this state can last up to a few days, and everything will start to calm down, heal, and relax within your system. After you might feel lighter and sense of new inner balance.

It is essential to acknowledge that there is no way to predict how you will feel after a session. Healing crises are rare, and after every session, you will feel different. With the experience of a few sessions, you will gain a better understanding of yourself and your body’s reaction to energy healing. It is best to approach each session with curiosity, openness, and the unknown rather than any expectations of how you will feel. This approach opens up new possibilities and can be held in a more relaxed state, helping you learn how to be present in the moment and experience things as they unfold.

 

After a session, it is crucial to take care of yourself properly, depending on how you feel. There are a few pieces of advice that are relevant to all states of reaction. Firstly, be more aware of yourself, as you may be more vulnerable and sensitive. Avoid trying to figure out your whole life, and make difficult conversations, or important decisions if you need to for at least 24-48 hours after the session. This is because when you are in a state of high or low when you come to a more balanced space, you might see things from a different and clearer perspective.

 

If you experience any intense feelings that get out of your control, please let me know, and I am happy to assist. Most importantly, remember to breathe through them. When emotions intensify, we often hold our breath, making it more challenging to manage. Try to expand your breath as you experience your emotions, which will help the emotional charge dissipate faster and with more ease.

 

Be kind to yourself and look after yourself by eating nutritious food, drinking lots of water, taking a walk in nature, or resting or napping if you feel the need. I have experienced times when additional sleep is needed for the body to restore. You may also feel a surge of energy, acknowledge it and yourself with kindness and use it to your advantage.

 

If you live with someone, it might be helpful to let them know that you had a Healing Session. You can ask them to be gentler with you on that day, but this is not necessary. You can also choose to go about your day as usual. Remember that taking care of yourself is essential, and after a session, you need to be kind to yourself and allow yourself to heal and rebalance.
